Miliyoyin Musulmai a faɗin duniya na azumi a watan Ramadan a duk shekara, ginshiƙi na huɗu da aka gina addinin Musulunci, inda wadanda suka yi imani ke kauracewa ci da sha daga fitowar alfijir zuwa faɗuwar rana.

Azumin ya wajaba ga duk wani musulmi da ya balaga, sai dai keɓe wasu mutane wadanda aka sauwaƙe musu yin zaumin kamar mata masu juna biyu, da tsofaffi marasa ƙarfi, da marasa lafiya, da mata a lokacin da suke jini haila.

Sai dai ana buƙasa wasu daga cikin waɗanda aka sauwaƙe wa yin azumin biya bayan watan Ramadan lokacin da yanayin ya daidaita.

Kimanin Musulmai miliyan 150 daga cikin biliyan 1.9 waɗanda ke wakiltar kusan kashi 25% na al'ummar duniya na fama da cutar ciwon suga - a cewar Binciken Duniya kan Ciwon suga da Ramadan (DAR) na 2020.

Ciwon suga na da matuƙar hatsari da damuwa wanda bai tsaya ga iya abubuwan da majiyyaci ke ci ba har ma da lokacin da ya kamata ya ci abinci da kuma allurar insulin da ake bukatar ya yi a wasu lokutan da rana.

To, me zai faru da mai ciwon siga da ke azumi?

A cewar masu ba da shawara kan lafiya, wasu daga cikin masu ciwon suga za su iya yin azumi a watan Ramadan ba tare da wata damuwa ba, amma ya da kyau a nemi shawarar likita kafin a yi.

A kimiyancce ma'aikatan lafiya su kan tantance matakin haɗarin majiyyaci ta hanyar amfani da tsarin auna cutar wanda ke la'akari da abubuwa daban-daban, gami da kula da ciwon suga, da nau'in cutar da kuma da duk wata matsala da ka iya taso wa.

"Masu ciwon suga wadanda ke kula da matakin cutar a jininsu za su iya yin azumi, amma yana da mahimmanci a tuntuɓi ma'aikatan lafiya makonni shida zuwa takwas kafin Ramadan don tattauna yanayin kowane mutum da kuma daukar shawara mai kyau," in ji Farfesa Maimouna Ndour Mbaye, Daraktan Cibiyar Ciwon suga ta Ƙasa a Asibitin Abass Ndao da ke birnin Dakar na kasar Senegal.

Kazalika likitoci suna ba da shawara kan a yi gwaje-gwaje don ɗaukar matakan kariya wadanda suka  dace.

"Masu fama da ciwon suga nau'I na 1 da na 2 da ba sa mayar da hankali wajen kula da shi, galibi suna cikin haɗari a lokutan azumi," kamar yadda Farfesa Maimouna ta shaidawa TRT Afrika.

Haka kuma, mata masu juna biyu da mutanen da ke fama da wasu matsalolin lafiya kamar ciwon zuciya da koda, ko waɗanda ke karbar allurar insulin suma suna cikin haɗari kana suna buƙatar kulawa sosai a lokacin azumi baki daya, in ji ta.

Wasu daga cikin haɗarin sun haɗa da hypoglycaemia (ƙarancin sukari a jini), hyperglycaemia  (yawan sukari a jini), da ketoacidosis na masu ciwon suga, da rashin ruwa a jiki wato dehydration da kuma  bushewar jiki, da thrombosis (daskarewar jini).

Bisa koyarwar addinin Musulunci, an baiwa Musulmai damar sauke yin azumi bisa dalilai na lafiya. Sai dai ga wasu, suna ganin aikin ibadan ya fi muhimmaci fiye da wata matsala ta lafiya.

Abinci don kara kuzari

Don takaita aukuwar wata matsala, Farfesa Maimouna ta ba da shawara kan mutum ya tuntuɓi likita aƙalla makonni shida zuwa takwas kafin watan Ramadan don tantance matakin haɗarin cutar da kuma samun shawara ta musamman bisa ga yanayin lafiyar kowane.

"Haka kuma yana da matuƙar muhimmanci a riga duba matakan cutar akai-akai don daidaita irin abincin da ake ci da kuma magani. Wasu na iya buƙatar canza lokutan shan magani, adadin ko ma nau'in maganin ciwon suga da aka ba su," in ji ta.

Akwai bukatar masu fama da ciwon suga da ke azumi su mai da hankali kan abinci masu ƙarancin sukari, da wadanda ke gina jiki masu wadataccen sinadaren fiber da nau’in abinci masu furotin a lokacin Suhoor da kuma buda baki (Iftar) don tabbatar da an saki kuzari a hankali.

Masana abinci masu gina jiki suna ba da shawara ga masu ciwon suga da su yi la'akari da waɗannan nau'ikan abinci don kiyaye matakan kuzari a jikinsu a yayin azumi:

- Carbohydrates:  Nau’in abinci masu gina jiki kamar hatsi, wake, da kayan lambu masu sitaci suna taimakwa wajen samar da kuzari mai ɗorewa, wanda ke rage hauhawar sukari a jini sannan suna taimaka wa wajen rage jin yunwa.

- Abincin masu ɗauke da fiber: Kayan marmari na itatuwa, kayan lambu, da hatsi suna taimakawa wajen kiyaye matakan sukari a jini.

- Kitse mai lafiya: Busassun ‘ya’yan itatuwa, da iri, da kuma avocado na iya samar da muhimman abubuwan gina jiki yayin da a bangare guda kuma suke taimakawa wajen daidaita sukari a jini.

- Protein: Nama marar kitse, kifi, ƙwai, da madara suna iya taimakawa wajen cika ciki tare da samar da kuzari a jiki.

Abin da bayanai suka nuna

Azumin watan Ramadan na  bana ya zo ne daidai da lokacin azumin mabiya addinin Kiristanci na Lent, wanda ke nufin mutane da dama a fadin duniya na gudanar da azumi, kuma waɗannan shawarwari na lafiya za iya taimaka wa mabiya addinai maban-banta.

Fiye da mutane miliyan 800 wadanda shekarun ya ja a duniya ne suke fama da matsalar ciwon suga – kusan ninki biyu na yawan adadin da aka kiyasta a baya- kuma fiye da rabin mutanen shekarunsu ya haura 30 kuma masu wannan matsala ba sa karbar magani, a cewar wani bincike da mujallar Lancet ta kiwon lafiya ta wallafa a shekarar 2024.

Mafi yawan waɗanda ba a tantance su, suna ƙasashe masu fama da talauci da matsakaicin karfin tattalin arziki, musamman a yankunan Afirka, da Yammacin Pacific, da kuma Kudu maso Gabashin Asiya.

Masana sun yi gargaɗin cewa gano cutar a makare yana ƙara haɗarin mutuwar koda, da makanta, da cututtuka masu alaka da zuciya, da sauran wasu matsalolin.
