Di Managing Director of ARCO Worldwide Services Limited, Okosubide Mozimo, talk say di ongoing Middle East conflict don show clear say Nigeria need to quickly adopt and deploy drone technology to strengthen national security and boost economy.

As im dey speak for Abuja during di weekend for di signing of one Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between ARCO and di National Centre for Technology Management (NACETEM), Mozimo warn say modern wars, like di one wey dey happen between Israel and Iran, don show say drones don become main thing for military operations now.

Di agreement wey Mozimo sign for ARCO side and di Director-General of NACETEM, Dr Olushola Odusanya, na to join hands for research, training, and innovation for drone technology.

Di partnership also go train young Nigerians how to produce, fly, and maintain drones for different sectors like security, farming, oil and gas, healthcare, and infrastructure monitoring.

Mozimo talk say drones don become very important and useful for many areas, and don become one big source of jobs.

Di ARCO boss talk say di war wey dey happen between America, Israel and Iran don clearly show how drones don become key for modern warfare, and say Nigeria no fit afford to ignore dis technology.

For im own part, Odusanya talk say im organisation dey ready to make sure say innovations for science and technology turn to real products wey dem fit sell for di country, and dat one go affect Nigeria economy well well.

Im note say, however, say innovation only fit grow when ecosystems don set well, and dem dey use commercial products.
