Shettima talk dis one on Monday for di Delta state economic and investment summit wey hold for Asaba, di Delta state capital.
Di vice-president also praise Chukwuma Soludo, wey be Anambra state governor, for supporting di Tinubu government reforms.
E say Soludo no follow "di direction of di wind" for 2023 when e tell Nigerians say di presidential race no go win through "blackmail and intimidation" but through "grassroot support."
Shettima say before Tinubu government take over, Nigeria dey experience "capital plight and scarcity," and e add say di country dey now see "capital inflows."
"Professor Soludo, you don do plenty things for di federal government, especially for telling Nigerians where we come from — from reserves of $3 billion," e talk.
Shettima say di federal government dey ready to support genuine investments and work with states to remove obstacles wey dey stop business.
