Di Enugu State Police don confirm di matter yesterday, dem talk say no be small thing, 11 pipo don loss their life. Di police add say one Toyota Hiace bus and one Sienna minivan don spoil for di incident.

Di Police Public Relations Officer for di state, Daniel Ndukwe, talk say di two motors don comot from Old Park for Enugu metropolis, dem dey drop passengers for Awhum community when di tree fall on top dem.

"When we hear di report, our pipo wey dey 9th Mile Division quickly run go there, with di help of community pipo, dem rescue four pipo wey trap inside di motors and make sure di place safe.

"Unfortunately, di odas eleven victims dem rush go hospital but di doctors later talk say dem don die. Dem don keep dem body for mortuary make dem do wetin necessary," im talk.

Ndukwe add say wetin dem see small time show say di motors carry passengers from Old Park, Enugu go different villages for inside Awhum/Okpatu side, and dem don stop make some pipo comot when di tree wey heavy rain, strong wind and rotten inside don make am weak, collapse on top dem.
