Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan took part in the sixth meeting of the foreign ministers of Türkiye, Egypt, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia in New York, as part of his diplomatic engagements on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

In a statement on US social media platform X, Türkiye’s Foreign Ministry said that Fidan attended the meeting, which brought together foreign ministers of the four countries.

Fidan also joined a coordination meeting held on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, bringing together the foreign ministers of the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Qatar, Egypt, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan.

The meetings formed part of Fidan’s diplomatic contacts in New York, where he is participating in a series of high-level engagements on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
