Ankara urges de-escalation through diplomacy

The ministry said attacks targeting civilians and infrastructure risked further escalating tensions across the region and must stop immediately.

“Once again, we emphasise that we stand in full solidarity with Saudi Arabia,” the statement said, reaffirming Türkiye’s call for existing disputes to be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy.

The statement underscored Ankara’s support for Saudi Arabia as regional tensions persist, while stressing the need for a diplomatic path to resolving conflicts.
