The Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) terrorists have killed at least 36 people in two days of attacks in northeastern Democratic Republic of Congo, local and security sources said on Thursday.
ADF terrorists have killed at least 21 people since Tuesday in isolated villages on the border between the provinces of Ituri and North Kivu, and at least 15 people in an attack in Biakato town, in Ituri, they told AFP.

The mineral-rich eastern DRC has been plagued for three decades by conflict involving various armed groups, militia and army troops.
The ADF has been accused of massacres and pillaging in Ituri and North Kivu.
