Dem take the decision for a joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament for Villa Hargeysa for Mogadishu.

When e dey open the session, Speaker Sheikh Aden Mohamed Nur talk say e "deeply regrettable" say Israel don, according to Parliament, violate Somalia territorial sovereignty, unity and national cohesion. E describe those actions as unacceptable and e call on Somalis for inside and outside the country make dem remain united to defend the country and the people.
Violation of international law
According to one parliamentary communiqué wey TRT Afrika see, lawmakers reaffirm Somalia sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, and stress say Somaliland still remain inseparable part of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
The resolution talk say any recognition wey Israel or any oda kontri claim go contravene international law, including the United Nations Charter and the principles of regional and international organisations wey Somalia dey belong to.
After debate, members of both Houses vote overwhelmingly for the resolution: 168 lawmakers support am, two vote against, and nobody abstain.
The resolution also tell the Federal Government of Somalia make dem formally communicate Parliament position to international and regional bodies, including the United Nations, the African Union, the League of Arab States, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, IGAD, and the East African Community.
Territorial integrity
