The federal high court for Abuja on Tuesday charge am say e "knowingly" dey abet "terrorism financing by refusing to prosecute terrorism financiers whose case files were brought to your office."

Dem also accuse Malami together with im son Abdulaziz Malami say dem "engage to commit act of terrorism by having in your possession" one unlicensed pistol and ammunition for him house.

Both of dem plead not guilty.

Malami receive bail last month for the money laundering case, but dem re-arrest am shortly after dem release am.
